* The Cuenca Fair is free of charge for those going to Quito.
** The Cusco Fair is free of charge for those going to Lima.

Key Points

Registration for Cuenca or Cusco only is not available.
Cuenca is an optional stop for those attending the Quito Fair.
Cusco is an optional stop for those attending the Lima Fair.
Porto Alegre will have the Community College Fair inside the Brazil Roadshow.
São Paulo will have the Community College Fair inside the Brazil Roadshow.
Participation is open to U.S.-based accredited community colleges promoting undergraduate, intensive English, and short-term programs.
There are limited spots, so pre-registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Cost

$1,000 USD per city plus a 17% Fair portal service fee.
The Cuenca and Cusco Fairs are free of charge.
All payments should be completed by January 30, 2026.
The fee covers up to two representatives per institution per city.
An additional fee of US$200 will be charged for each of the third or more additional representatives.

What is Included?

PARTICIPATION

Each city will host a 3-hour Education Fair
Participation for up to two institutional representatives at no additional cost
Additional activities (high school visits, networking events, etc.) may vary by city based on context and availability

LOGISTICS SUPPORT

Primary Information Package with suggested flights, hotels, and more
City Information Package with schedule, local insights, and more for each stop
Logistical support from EducationUSA Advisers throughout the circuit

ENGAGEMENT

Opportunities to participate in high school visits, networking events, and other local outreach activities (as available)
Access to local contacts, including EducationUSA Advisers, high school counselors, universities, and schools

LEADS

Leads from student registrations in the cities you attend

MARKETING & VISIBILITY

National-level visibility through EducationUSA’s marketing campaign for the tour and U.S. Embassy and Consulates
Promotion across EducationUSA platforms in the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, and Brazil
