Wofford Fellowship Applications

CCID-member faculty and students receive 50% off of the published rates for individual or faculty-led 1, 2 or 3-week service learning experiences in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru, India, Morocco, Tanzania, or Ghana. 

The primary deadline for applications is October 15th with applications accepted on a case-by-case basis following that date. It is recommended to submit your application 6 months prior to your desired departure date.

Costa Rica Education Fair

The U.S. Commercial Service at the U.S. Embassy in Costa Rica, in conjunction with CCID, would like to invite appropriately accredited U.S. community colleges to participate in the second edition of the Community College Education Fair, to take place in San Jose, Costa Rica, April 27-29, 2017. This follows a successful Community College Fair that took place in April 2016, showcasing 15 accredited community colleges from across the United States. This is an opportunity for representatives of U.S. community colleges to explore the market in Costa Rica and make connections.

Sign up now for a 30-minute webinar hosted by the College Consortium for International Studies detailing the impact of study abroad on student success, presented by Janice Thomas, Ph.D. of CCID member Brookdale Community College and Rosalind Raby, Ph.D. of  CCID Outreach Partner California Colleges for International Education. 

During the interactive webinar, Drs. Thomas and Raby will review community college case studies and showcase the positive impact of international education on student success indicators.

The webinar is relevant to individuals from two- and four-year institutions with all levels of experience in the international education field.
